  1. Usage: BIND <key> ENTER_DIGRAPH
  2.   The ENTER_DIGRAPH function allows you to enter digraphs or
  3.   compose letters not normally available on your keyboard.  If
  4.   you have not made any changes to the internal digraph table
  5.   (using DIGRAPH), you could for example enter a German sharp
  6.   "s";  enter the key to activate the ENTER_DIGRAPH function,
  7.   followed by two "s".  Note that, in order to display this
  8.   character on your screen, your terminal must be capable of
  9.   doing so.  If you, for instance, have an American 7-bit ASCII
  10.   terminal, and have informed ircII of this (by entering the
  11.   command "SET TRANSLATION ASCII"), only a normal "s" will
  12.   displayed, eventhough it will be treated as a German sharp
  13.   "s" internally.

  15.   To view the available digraphs, enter the "DIGRAPH" command
  16.   with no arguments.  By default, ircII uses the same sequences
  17.   as available on Digital VT320/VT420 terminals as well as in
  18.   the editor Elvis.
